Can I Bring My Dog?
As much as we love our 4 legged friends, sadly the only animals permitted are service animals.
In order to ensure the best atmosphere for everyone, no alcohol is permitted at Capcon.

Is this event disabled friendly?
We have tried are hardest to accommodate everyone, including plenty of space for wheelchair users and designated disabled parking, due to this there will be no concessions for disabled tickets.
There are cash machines on site, however they are not our responsibility so we strongly recommend you bring some cash. Some of our traders may take card payments
Capcon is a celebration of amazing Cosplay and cool props, so to us..your all celebrities - however we may get 1 or 2 for you
We will be offering free parking for blue badge holders in a designated area, but there will be a standard £2 charge for all other vehicles. This can be added here when you purchase your entry tickets. Please note you will need to print this and display it on the day

In short yes you can, however there will be some amazing food and drink available on site for purchase

Covid 19 update
Due to current guidelines regarding Covid-19, Capcon was not able to go ahead this year as planned, therefor we have worked with our venue, suppliers and traders and have moved Capcon to March 13th and 14th 2021, with every intention of the event taking place on the new dates - unless we are still restricted by the current situation.
As new our new dates have been announced, we will be issuing refunds to those unable to attend the new dates.
Refund requests need to be made by sending an e mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
PLEASE NOTE ALL REFUND REQUESTS NEED TO BE MADE BEFORE 1ST OCTOBER 2021.
All tickets sold are non refundable, but we understand in light of the current circumstances that this policy need to be adjusted, an e mail will be sent to all ticket holders advising of this, and if for any reason the event has to be rescheduled again, then we will of course look at this again.
